Globalizarea Psihologiei Industrial-Organizaționale: O analiză comparativă

Globalizarea a devenit, desigur, un cuvânt deranjant în jargonul managementului, iar sfaturile cu privire la internaționalizarea practicii managementului în presa de business nu trebuie îndelung căutate (Walker, 2007). Deoarece moda în cercetare nu urmăreste întotdeauna practica, dorim să aflăm dacă psihologia industrială organizațională (I-O) a devenit mai internațională judecând după afiliația celor care publică în jurnalele de top. In acest articol publicăm rezultatele studiului și oferim câteva comentarii cu privire la noua modă si implicațiile acesteia în cercetările din I-O.
