Impactul unui training de management al proiectelor asupra climatului organizațional într-un ONG: de la satisfacție la performanță
Keywords:
volunteers, training, work values, satisfaction, performance, organizational climateAbstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in work values, satisfaction at work, work performance, project management performance and differences in perception of organizational climate, using mixed analysis of variance and content analysis. Subjects were volunteers from a non-governmental organization, participating in a Project Management Training. The design is quasi-experimental, with pre-test – post-test evaluation. Results show that the only value on which the training attendance has a strong effect, is “Learn and Development”. The training has an effect on satisfaction, and there is a significant growth in all the performance scales, and for Project management performance. Also, there are differences identified in the perception of organizational climate for the training participants. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed.
